This piece was cut from 3/4 inch solid Corian. This piece is about 4 inches x 3 inches and requires 7 passes with the laser to cut all the way through. This means it is fairly expensive to cut. Thinner Corian cuts more quickly. There is very minor scorching on the back of this piece, but it could easily be sanded out.

Corian is a fairly sturdy material. However it may shatter if dropped on a hard floor. It is very good for indoor and outdoor signs, custom kitchen cutting boards, trivets, and even artwork. Imagine the possibilities

This piece is cut from 1/4 inch solid Corian and took 4 passes with the laser to cut through the Corian. The overall size of this piece is about 6 inches x 5 inches.
